What is the best way to know if your bread done?

Techniques and approaches to baking are as varied as the bakers themselves. The testing for doneness of yeast dough is no exception. Of course, you can look at the color of the finished product; a nice golden brown is a must for a flavorful loaf of bread and a good indication that the loaf is probably done. But did you know that you can use a food thermometer tp see if the loaf is done all the way through? Insert the tip of the thermometer into the center of the loaf. 180-200° means its done and cooked all the way through.
